If a sample or first article is requested, name the fluid condition, leakage class and whether the unit is hydrotested, dried, and preserved. A brochure disc sketch is not a sample condition.
Demonstration
State whether FAT is a witnessed seat and shell test on the purchased serial, and whether SAT is a timed restart on the buyer fluid after installation. Closing-time claims need the reverse-flow description used in the test.
Acceptance record
Keep the certificate identity on the delivered valve. Website ISO or API wording is not a record for that serial number. Pass criteria stay contract items; this site does not guarantee seating tightness.
